How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will ship with in 1-2 days if ordered Monday - Thursday. If placing the order on Friday - Sunday allow 1-2 extra days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently I do not offer international shipping. If you do have a request please let me know! I do hope to add international shipping in the future.

What is your return policy? 

You have 30 days to request a return or exchange for your item unless it is a custom order. Custom orders are final and non-returnable. All items must be received back to me in the same condition it was sent out in. Once I receive the item back I will refund you the cost of the item(s).

If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please contact me.

Can I get a custom gnome? 

If you are looking for something more specific please send me a message and we can see what I can do for you. I will respond to messages within 24 hours. Custom orders are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. I expect response emails within 24 hours of any questions I have or correspondence of the custom order. If I have not heard back I will send an email asking you want to cancel the order. If no response in 48-72 hours I will assume it is canceled. I expect payment to be made before I create the final item.

Should the item arrived damaged please contact me and I can either resend an item or give you a refund. I will need photos of the damaged item to see what the issue is.

What are the gnomes made out of?

The gnomes are weighted on the bottom of the body with Poly-fill Glass Micro Beads and then stuffed with Poly-fill Fiber Fill. The bodies are sewn shut to keep the beads and stuffing inside. The flannel hats are sewn, stuffed and glued onto the body. Embroidery floss is used for the beards and braids. Wooden beads are glued on for the nose.

How long does it take to get a response to my question?

I will respond to messages within 24 hours. If I am ever unable to give a timely response I will have a noticed placed on either the home page or contact page.

What are the different sizes of gnomes?

Currently there are 3 sizes…Mini, Small, & Tall. The mini gnomes are roughly 4.5” with the short hat or 5” with the tall (regular size) hat. The short gnome (the original gnome size) is roughly 6”. Finally the Tall gnome is roughly 10”. Each one is handmade so the measurements are about the same as each size is cut and made in batches.
